A selection of the most representative works of the six authors, as well as founder members of "Cesura", to homage to this reality that carries a cultural production based on direct communication, craftsmanship and self-sufficiency. Every project that comes out from this "factory", as an exhibition or a book, is considered unique, a total work created by free exchange and interaction between those intending to live Photography.
The collective Cesura, founded in 2008 under the art direction of Magnum photographer Alex Majoli, already has a solid experience of indipendent self-producion.
The group has spread its projects Inot just on the net and on the publishing market, but also through exhibitions, at festivals, using different forms of expression as slideshows or through self-produced publications with thel abel Cesura Publish
Serena Del Soldato, artistic director of LABottega and curator of the exhibition, particularly wanted to show the collective of "Cesura", sharing the desire to promote the spirit of independency of Photography, so as to allow new photographers to complete and make available projects born just from the need to communicate.
